Mustufa Sayyad is a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years of experience in various Infrastructure, Mixed use Development, and Building projects. He has gained expertise by working with international cost consulting and main contracting organizations in KSA and India. His rich experience includes coordinating with external agencies for negotiations, preparation of tender/contract documents, cost estimates, including invoicing, variations, claims, and extra items. Mustufa has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering (A Govt. Aided Autonomous Institute), Sangli-M.S, a PG Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR), and an ELP degree in Quantity Surveying from RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University.
